Refund policy

We want to be upfront with you — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This is because every product is made to order and printed on demand specifically for you.

Please review your size, colour, and design selection carefully before placing your order. Size guides are available on product pages to help you make the right choice.

Damaged or Defective Products: We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution.

To raise a complaint for a damaged product, you must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged/defective item. Claims submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

To raise a claim, email us at [contact.snappatchshop@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • The unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
